Summary Under general supervision, operates various equipment including graders, tractors, backhoes, front end loaders and dozers. May also include forklifts and skid steer loaders. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the installation of underground utilities to include water and sewer systems. Grade for curb, sidewalk, and roads. May lead, guide, and train others while performing related work. Performs routine inspection and maintenance on vehicles such as checking oil, water, and tires. Operates graders for leveling and operates tractors to load materials such as dirt and rocks. Operates backhoe and front end loaders as required.
